We gave Cookie her name because her head resembled the raisin cookie from the danish cookie brand Kjeldsens, a dark eye surrounded by golden fur, much like a raisin in that cookie dough.

She definitely had her own feisty character, always knowing what she wanted and making sure that we knew it, stomping her feet to get our attention, hurrying us so that she could get her food asap! She loved eating timothy hay, romaine and green lettuce, bok choy, watercress, carrots and apples. She was very affectionate, we call her by name and she would come over. She enjoyed head scratches. Cookie gave us unconditional love.

Cookie was extremely healthy and still bouncy for her age, but the sudden onset of bloat made her deteriorate within the space of 1.5 day. She was such a good girl and sadly passed away at 9 years and 6 months. Goodbye, sweet Cookie. We love you and miss you.
