We want to thank you for your kind and patient assistance and arrangements for Shea’s cremation. There are not words to express how comforting it is to have her ashes with us. We are still crying and hurting two months later, but memories of your kindness help. Thank you so much and also for the beautiful card which sits beside her on the mantle. You do the work of angels. Helen, we would like to thank you again and again for being willing to meet us on such short notice on a Sunday afternoon to take in our precious boy, Butch. We don’t have children, so Dixie was our daughter. It was really nice to find somebody that was going to give us everything we needed, which was a vet to come to our house and help Dixie pass in our backyard, which was her backyard. It wasn’t clinical, it was personal. It makes it a lot easier to know that we did the right thing and we took care of her to the best of our abilities, and I’m sure that a lot of people would say she had a great life. In knowing that and Pets at Peace making it easier for us to do what we had to do for her, made it all the more comfortable for us. We could be crying right now, we could have gone through a lot of trauma but we didn’t because you made it right for us. Thank you for helping us. — Mark and Michelle |

Letter from Heaven..delivered by Chris and Tracey Pritchard Dearest Helen, As you are aware, I passed away on September 19th at 1158 hours. However, before leaving your earthly realm, I directed my “Masters” to prepare this document especially for you!!! My health has been fully restored, and I feel much better now. I see perfectly from both eyes again, the cataract has vanished, and my teeth and gums are healthy. I have no infections and my stomach is settled and the heart murmur has disappeared. I have been reunited with my loving sister, Sandi Bear and have met a lot of wonderful new friends…Lassie, Rin Tin Tin, Old Yeller, The Littlest Hobo and Toto. I would like to profusely, deeply and profoundly thank Pets at Peace for your exemplary care, gentleness, respect, advice, knowledge, empathy and sympathy. I really do not know what my grieving Mommy and Daddy would have done without you. You made it easier for them to make hard decisions. It was wonderful that you greeted them so nicely, warmly consoled them during their time of need and made them feel somewhat better about my passing on to another world. I can personally assure that Mommy and Daddy will highly recommend your professional services to any pet parent that has lost a prized, adored, cherished and beloved constant canine companion. — KILLER -aka Charlie the Chihuahua |

Dear Helen: Words cannot say enough of the attention and service I received from you. First, there was that first email asking for information, knowing the moment I would need your services was not far in the future, then that first phone call, then the various communications on details and all the questions I had for you. From that first email to the moment I went to pick up Murphy’s ashes, you showed the most amazing level of professionalism but, above that, a level of sympathy and compassion I have rarely seen. At every point of contact with you, I felt I was with a friend. Even the sympathy card you sent after Murphy passed on was completely unexpected and written in a way that shows you truly care not only about what you do, but about the people you deal with and their loss. I’m glad My Little Mister had you to take care of him after his passing. A thousand thanks, — Marc |
