Mocha's story

Mocha came to us in April 2006, when he was 6 years old. We were fostering him for Pugalug Pug Rescue. He was about to be adopted and he had a seizure. We had to keep him in foster care until we found out why this happened. We found out that he had seizures in the past and decided to keep him and care for this condition. We had him for over 8 years, along with Salvador and Mookie. Now they are all together again.

Mocha was a sweet boy, who loved his mom and always had his eyes on me. He grew more and more handsome as he aged. The last three years, he started losing his mobility and needed to be carried and ride in a stroller. He eventually couldn't drag himself around at all and became very agitated if I was out of his sight. It was time to give him peace.
I will miss him and his soulful eyes. I will miss his wonderful cuddles and his funny woo woos. It seems so quiet with him gone.
Now, there is only one little pug in our house. Peggy will miss Mocha, as they were best friends.
Wait for me at the bridge.
Love, Mommy
