On February 7, 2015, we lost our beloved Fabius. To say that he was a perfect dog would truly be an understatement. Our family has been blessed to have him, even for only five short years…and only 6 months for our puppies, Diesel and Magnum. Fabius loved life and it is a tragedy that he died suddenly, at such a young age. He loved his long walks with Dad and was so excited when Mom came home because he knew he was going to be fed. Fabius enjoyed car rides, swimming, playing with Buddy and interacting with other animals…especially dogs. He rarely barked, except when he was with Buddy. Everyone who knew him all said the same thing after meeting him…”He is so well mannered…what obedience school did he attend?” We all take comfort in believing that he is with Dad/Nonno Ralph in heaven…keeping each other company and going for walks. Fabius was deeply loved. He will be in all our hearts forever and our memories of him will never be forgotten.
