Owen was a regular at our our doggie daycare Tails of the City. Owen was a giant schnoodle (giant schnauzer and standard poodle)....a big boy! Many people came in and said "who is that dog? He's amazing!" He was so excited when he came in that he would stand on his back legs and wave his front paws in the air - quite a sight to see. He always lifted our day with his exuberance. He LOVED playing ball and was our star athelete. Owen was so affectionate and would lean into us when we were standing talking on the phone etc. He was so excited to see his mom Karen at the end of the day it was hard getting his leash on. Owen was tragically taken by aggressive leukemia at only 5 years old. He was a part of our doggie daycare family for 4 of those years and we loved him as our own. He was such a presence and such a wonderful dog and we miss him every day.
