Spike (1990-2009) was a sweet and gentle cat who loved to hang out and cuddle. Unfortunately, he died of kidney failure just shy of his 19th birthday...on March 12, 2009. I will miss him and the special bond that we shared. Spike was born on my lap literally in the palm of my hand, he lived his life by my side, and he died hearing my voice and feeling my hand stroke him. May he rest in peace.
